Shipping Policy

All moon lamps can be made to order. After receiving your order confirmation email, the process will take 1-2 business days before your custom-made pet bed can be made and shipped.

The items are then picked up by the shipping partner and shipped to a sorting center. After items have been scanned into their systems, a unique tracking number is added to our system.

Automated delivery status notifications will be sent to your email address. This allows you to keep track of your order, and also lets you know when it arrives.

Tracked shipping is free in the UK and can be expected to arrive within 6-15 days after your order has been placed.
